PSPLA Cancels Security Licence of Nimilote Foueti Following Arrest Warrant and Deportation Order

According to the PSPLA decision, Police applied to have Foueti’s Certificate of Approval cancelled on the basis that he was no longer considered suitable to work as a security guard.

The Authority found that because Foueti is no longer legally entitled to remain or work in New Zealand, he is not suitable to hold a security licence. As a result, his Certificate of Approval was cancelled effective immediately.
